Job not showing on map?
Ensure the job has a valid address with coordinates. Go to the job detail page, verify the address is complete, and click "Geocode" if available.
Schedule not updating?
Try refreshing the page. If the job still doesn't appear, check that it has a "Scheduled At" date and that the assigned tech is correct.
Invoice PDF not downloading?
PDF generation requires at least one line item on the invoice. Add line items first, then try downloading again.
Calls not connecting?
Check that your Twilio phone number is active in Settings → Connections. Ensure your browser allows microphone access for web-based calling.
Tech not receiving jobs?
Verify the tech's profile has "Available" enabled and their daily job cap hasn't been reached. Check Team → Manage Team for their current status.
