Three kinds of door in Oakridge
Oakridge is between Cambie and Granville, and it is changing. The call usually starts with which kind of door you have.
The Oakridge Centre site is being redeveloped as Oakridge Park, with new towers, so brand-new suites now sit near post-war houses and older low-rise strata.
New condo towers
Recently built suites, often on a first or second tenancy. Problems are lost keys, a keypad that has stopped working, or a deadbolt that needs rekeying for a new owner.
Post-war houses
Detached homes from the 1950s and 1960s, many now with a suite. Locks have had decades of use and a few changes of hands.
Low-rise strata
Concrete walk-ups and low-rises along the Cambie and Oak corridor. Suite doors are yours. Shared doors belong to the strata.

02Can you rekey just one lock in my Oakridge townhome?
